One year ago this week we came ashore,
Two Yanks with dreams and the unknown to explore.
We have laughed, loved, fought, and even shed tears,
together we have grown and conquered many fears.
We have missed our friends, family, and Baby Max,
but what a chance in life to take in these live acts.
Sixteen countries have let us say hello,
thanks to all of them for letting me go:)
Hundreds of pints and pubs, I can't keep track,
many a hangovers, but not one to take back.
Rickshaws, Royals, Riots, Minding the Gaps,
just a normal day for us Yanks, Cheeky Chaps.
Mosques, Temples, Abbeys, and Cathedrals to name a few,
the sights we've seen, albeit the free "Loo."
Planes, trains, buses, cars, boats, we've done them all,
this amazing journey with Ann has been a ball.
The Senior Director said without a MAYBE,
Let's live it up this year, next year is a BABY!!!!
